Specialized Children’s Helmet Range 2019

Whether you’re looking for something to add to the Christmas list, or just want your child to be safe out on the roads. The Specialized children’s helmet range has something for everyone. Available in a whole range of different colours, there’ll be one your child will love.

There’s now a choice between two of Specialized’s best selling Children’s helmets. The Mio, designed for toddlers, and the Specialized Shuffle kids helmet which comes fitted with an LED in the back. The shuffle also comes in a Youth version to bridge the gap to adult helmets, so you never run out of choice.

Each children’s helmet comes complete with four colours, making a total of twelve choices in the new range. With some being quite similar to editions we’ve seen before, it’s nice to see Specialized completely changing the designs on others.

Mio Toddlers.

Coming with bold graphics and a revolutionary magnetic buckle. The headset SC fit system offers your toddler an easy, secure, fit that helps to prevent pinching. It’s easy to adjust and reflective features allow your toddler to be seen even in low-light conditions.

The integrated visor will keep the sun out of their eyes, and a front mesh helps to keep out the bug. Specialized estimate the Mio at up to the age of three, before you’ll need to move onto a Shuffle.

Specialized have made a lot of new additions to the colour range, offering something for everyone regardless of gender.  Along with this there is a standard buckle version of the helmet though we may not see that move into the UK market for a little while.

Shuffle Child.

Also fitted with a magnetic buckle, the Shuffle Child is one of the most popular children’s helmets. Cool graphics and child-orientated sizing help your child choose a helmet they’ll be proud to wear. The LED offers visibility both through the day, and at night. Adding that extra level of safety.

If the magnetic buckle isn’t for you then you can get the helmet with a standard buckle similar to the MIO. Complete with the new MIPS technology, Specialized have taken the safety of this helmet to the next level.

The vents have been carefully laid out to offer your child cooling when they’re out on a hot summers day. Sizing of the helmet is from 50-55cm leading you nicely into the adult range.

Matching the Mio, the shuffle is available in a whole range of colours for the new 2019 release. Some are at the more vibrant end of the spectrum and there are some single colour, plain options.

Shuffle Youth.

Complete with MIPS and ANGi, or just MIPS, the Specialized youth has seen a complete change. Available without the features too, though this new safety technology shouldn’t be overlooked. Carrying most of the same features as the Shuffle Child, this helmet is available in larger sizes.

No matter what age your child is, feel safe in the knowledge their heads in good hands when they get hold of a Specialized Children’s Helmet.
